Planning Committee Success

We are delighted to have recently secured a resolution to grant planning permission for a major solar farm development at Breckland Planning Committee, successfully representing our client before Members.

This fantastic outcome reflects the collaborative efforts of an exceptional project team. Particular thanks to Savills (EIA), Stantec (Flood Risk, Highways, Heritage), James Blake Associates (Ecology, Landscape), Bidwells (Agricultural Land Classification), and the wider consultant team whose specialist expertise helped deliver a robust and compelling case for approval.

Once operational, the scheme will make a meaningful contribution towards the UK’s transition to renewable energy, offsetting approximately 18,000 tonnes of CO₂ per annum and generating enough clean electricity to energise around 15,000 homes.
