Allocation secured in the adopted West Suffolk Local Plan for around 15 homes in the village of Barrow near Bury St Edmunds. An illustrative masterplan was commissioned to demonstrate deliverability of the scale of development identified in the Submission version of the West Suffolk Local Plan.

We invited proposals from a select group of housebuilders and led negotiations from Heads of Terms through to exchange and completion.

With the land transaction now complete, we are excited to continue supporting the project team as the planning application is prepared and submitted.
