Dan’s background in planning and developmental-related positions at national consultancies and developers has led to his specialism in rural, residential, and commercial planning matters. He is well versed in leading multi-disciplinary teams on varying-scale projects, often involving complex negotiations to secure planning consent, identifying land with future development potential, and engaging with local communities, authorities, and stakeholders.
To relax, Dan enjoys playing the piano and walking his dog.

BA (Hons) Geography
Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying
Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
