This followed a competitive tender process where we approached a number of carefully selected developers and promoters and led negotiations from Heads of Terms through to exchange. We are retained in a monitoring capacity to ensure that project milestones and key planning objectives are met by the successful promoter as they endeavour to secure planning permission.
